Tanya Ellis, MD Dr. Tanya Ellis is a board certified family physician. She earned her medical degree from the University of Iowa College of Medicine, and completed her residency at Phoenix Baptist Hospital.

Deborah Hahn, DO Dr. Deborah Hahn is a board certified family physician. She earned her medical degree from Midwestern University - AZCOM. She completed her residency at Phoenix Baptist Hospital.

Michael Hart, FNP-C Michael is a Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner. He obtained his Undergraduate Nursing Degree from Arizona State University College of Nursing in 1999 and his Graduate Family Nurse Practitioner Degree from Grand Canyon University College of Nursing and Health Care Professions in 2017. His concentration of practice has been in Emergency / Trauma / Critical Care Nursing, Air Medical Flight Nursing, and a rich career in the US Navy which includes tours in Afghanistan and Germany as well as having commanded a Naval Security Force Unit for 6 years. He has also been an Adjunct Professor at Grand Canyon University as a Clinical and Sim Lab Instructor for the Undergraduate Nursing program as well as Adjunct Professor for the Nurse Practitioner program where he instructed Advanced Procedures. He is married and his family life includes four children and eight grandchildren. In his spare time he loves boating, fishing, and camping.

Sierra Tietge, PA-C Sierra is a board-certified physician assistant. She received her Bachelor of Science in Biology from Gonzaga University and completed her Master of Medical Science in PA Studies at Midwestern University here in Glendale. Outside of work, she enjoys cooking, running, family time, and recreating in the great outdoors. Sierra looks forward to getting to know you and providing individualized medical care for you and your family.

Michele Roberts, PA-C Michele was born and raised in Phoenix. She was already a mother of three when she went back to school to receive her bachelor’s in biology with magna cum laude honors from ASU, as a first-generation college graduate. She graduated from NAU’s Master’s in Physician Assistant Studies program where she was an AHEC scholar and received an award for Community Service Award. She loves to spoil her Belgian Malinois (named Ice), continued community service efforts, and making memories with her children.
